Dr. Jenny Wilkinson grew up riding and caring for horses outside Richmond, Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1999, then her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. After practicing as an equine veterinarian in Vermont, Dr. Wilkinson joined the UVM Faculty in January 2008. She teaches an introductory equine course, as well as several upper level equine courses focused on hands-on skills and cases. Dr. Wilkinson enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
