Troubleshooting for Cardboard VR Glasses

Issue: My video looks blurry/I’m seeing double.

Solution: Make sure that the line running down the middle of your screen is aligned precisely with the notch in your cardboard VR glasses. You can also try adjusting the video to a higher resolution in the video settings by selecting the gear icon on the video.

Issue: My phone doesn’t fit into the slot on the VR glasses.

Solution: Try removing your phone’s case to make it smaller and easier to slip into the opening. If that doesn't work, you can still view the 360 videos in non-VR mode by unselecting the VR icon and holding your phone up to look around.

Issue: My videos are fuzzy

Solution: Videos are distorted by necessity in order for the VR effect to work.  If you're interested in seeing these photos in higher quality, check out the non-VR versions on our Youtube Playlist.
