Certification

A certificate of completion is e-mailed to you as soon as you have submitted the quiz at the end of the tutorial.

The e-mail is your official certification of human subject training completion.

Some sponsors (i.e., NIH), require an institutional signature. You may request this from your assigned OSP grants administrator.
