Will you be graduating this Spring?

If “yes”, please let your specialist know that you plan to graduate and ACCESS with contact you with information regarding:

• An exit interview or paper questionnaire regarding your experience at ACCESS

• Obtaining a copy of your documentation and/or a letter stating the accommodations you’ve used in college

• Assistance with requesting accommodations for the GRE, etc.

ACCESS will send information to any students who indicate they will be graduating on our Intake Form. However, please feel free to contact your ACCESS Specialist for more information or to request any of the above.
