Committee assignments are appointed by the Chair of the Board and approved annually at the first meeting scheduled following the election of new Trustees in March. Each committee has faculty, student, staff, and alumni/ae representatives who are selected by their constituent groups. The representatives participate fully in the activities of the committee, but do not vote.
Each standing committee is staffed by a University
Liaison who works closely with the Committee Chair on setting agendas and
makes arrangements for minutes to be recorded.
*Please note that on individual committee and work group web pages, agendas are posted a week prior to each meeting and minutes are posted once approved following the next meeting.
