Please use this form to request a change to a previously accepted or declined loan.

Please note the following:

  • You have the option to submit up to 2 separate loan change requests on this form. If you would like to submit more than 2 adjustments, you will need to complete this form again.
  • You will be notified by email (send to your UVM email address) when your award has been revised, or if we cannot process your request, within 3 business days.
  • Any outstanding requirements must be completed before your loan can be processed. Please monitor your myUVM portal and email account for notification of any additional requirements.
  • Disbursement of the loan may take a minimum of 5 days and will happen no earlier than 10 days before classes begin for the semester to which the loan applies.
  • Do not request an amount that exceeds your maximum eligibility for the semester. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please review you award through myUVM Student Portal or contact Student Financial Services
