Anthony joined the Rubenstein School after a 14-year stint at the UVM College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. He is originally from the Caribbean (Haiti), has lived in Europe, and moved to Florida for many years before migrating to Vermont in 2007. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Public Administration.
Anthony lives in Vermont with his wife and their two children. He enjoys traveling, cross country skiing, camping, rugby, and coaching soccer.
