ATTIRE

Generally speaking, fashion follows function in Vermont. Comfort is key; layers are recommended. Dinner and Jazz on Tuesday Night at Shelburne Museum offers an opportunity to infuse our comfortable attire with a touch of easy elegance!

BYO...NAMETAG! (IF POSSIBLE)

In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage our event attendees to bring and wear their own nametags whenever possible. We will offer nametags for anyone who needs one at each of Osher Collaborative Annual Meeting events.

GERMS AND COMMUNITY

To ensure a safe environment for individuals with immunocompromised conditions, we kindly ask anyone experiencing COVID or flu-like symptoms to refrain from attending in person or to wear a mask. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

ACCESSIBILITY

We strive to host inclusive and accessible events in which all individuals can fully engage. Venues are wheelchair accessible. Presentations will be live captioned for online and in-person audiences whenever possible. Please communicate any accessibility needs or accommodations by emailing oshercenter@uvm.edu

TRANSPORTATION

The Courtyard Marriott is a short walk away from Burlington’s Waterfront Park, Church Street Marketplace, and restaurants, shops, and amenities. We have arranged for transportation to/from each of the Annual Meeting activities/venues whenever possible.
