Dear UVM Community, 

I am pleased to announce that the 2022 Campus Climate Survey is now open for all students, faculty and staff. Your participation is vital to establishing a shared commitment and responsibility to diversity, equity, and inclusion among every member of the UVM community. Everyone has a role in creating an inclusive culture—that is why it is so important to capture your experiences and perceptions in this survey.  

The Campus Climate Survey will be one of the most powerful tools tied to a new, data-driven DEI strategic planning process starting at UVM this year. The data from this survey will inform the development of action plans aimed to achieve a more equitable and inclusive campus environment across the university, and it will establish a baseline for tracking our progress on DEI, imparting a sense of accountability across the institution.  

It takes about 10 minutes to complete this year’s survey, it can be filled out on your computer or mobile device, and it is completely confidential. All participants who submit their survey also have the option to be entered into weekly raffles for prizes including freebies, movie tickets, and gift cards.
