Dr. Constance van Eeghen and Dr. Erika Ziller recently published a policy brief entitled Organizational Factors that Affect Telehealth Utilization in an FQHC/RHC Setting for the Rural Telehealth Research Center.
In interviews conducted over a five-month period in 2024, subjects volunteered from a number of federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics across six states. Their feedback demonstrates the difficulty facing clinics when implementing telehealth practices.
