Education

We actively engage students and trainees in the classroom, in the clinic, and in research settings. Our faculty members provide elective rotations in outpatient cardiology for medical students, residents from internal medicine, pathology, and family medicine, and fellows from different disciplines.

Cardiovascular Disease

The Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease has provided post-residency training to physicians in the cognitive care of patients with cardiovascular disease as well as the performance and interpretation of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Cardiac Electrophysiology

The Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology equips participants with advanced skills to treat various cardiac arrhythmias. Trainees receive hands-on experience in implanting innovative cardioverter defibrillators and pacemakers, emphasizing both education and research.

Interventional Cardiology

This one–year program exposes its trainees to cutting–edge research and techniques in the treatment of heart attack, coronary artery disease, aortic valve stenosis, peripheral vascular disease and structural/congenital heart disease.
