Registration fees include the online course syllabus, continental breakfast and lunch. Physicians can earn ABIM MPC credit without charge (optional). 

The conference syllabus will be available by electronic PDF download. You will receive an email prior to the event that notifies when presentations are available to download. 

REFUNDS: Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $75, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received at uvmcmie@med.uvm.edu prior to April 17, 2025. Refunds are not possible after that date. Substitutions may be possible; please call (802) 656-2292 to inquire.
