2026 STRIKE: Simulated Training for Rapid Interventions in Key Emergencies

2026 STRIKE Course Details

The 2026 STRIKE course aims to provide a simulated real-world experience management of cardiac catheterization lab complications with a focus on a team and algorithmic-based approach. This course is intended for both interventional cardiology attendings, fellows and cath lab team members including nurses, APPs and radiation technologists.

The course has a small group design to provide individual team members direct feedback and create learning opportunities with a high faculty to attendee ratio. Expect thoughtful conversations, individualized coaching and world class simulation and didactic sessions.

The course will begin on Friday at the DoubleTree Hotel with an evening working dinner. On Saturday, participants will begin the morning at the DoubleTree before taking a shuttle to the University of Vermont Medical Center where they will rotate through didactic and simulation sessions.
