BIO
Sandy Bermanzohn joined UVM’s Division of Inclusive Excellence in March 2022 as the Events Coordinator and Business Administrator, leading key events like the Inclusive Excellence Symposium and MLK Keynote Celebration. She has been at UVM since 2010, previously working as a financial analyst in the College of Arts & Sciences. Before that, she was a social worker supporting individuals facing mental illness, homelessness, and addiction. A Brooklyn native, Sandy earned her bachelor’s in Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies at UVM and is currently pursuing a master’s in Social Justice Education. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, gardening, community activism, and reading.
