"Shifting Boundaries" Conference

Conference Announcement: “Shifting Boundaries: The Study of Islam in the Humanities.” April 11-12, 2015, Billings, UVM Campus.
The goal of the conference is to reflect on the role study of Islam plays in ongoing developments in humanities research, as well as critiques of “humanities” more broadly. The conference is organized by Prof. Ilyse Morgenstein Fuerst (Religion) and will feature a number of prominent scholars of Islam in the humanities and social sciences.
