This February the Honors College is cheering on first year student Sierra Espeland ’21, who is headed overseas with Team USA for the upcoming Field Hockey Indoor World Cup in Berlin, Germany. Espeland, a goalkeeper on the University of Vermont field hockey team and a member of the Honors  College, will be spending the first part of the month balancing her coursework  with blocking the shots from the world class competition.
