Your Health & Wellbeing is supported at UVM through Student Health Services, Counseling and Psychiatry Services, and your lifestyle wellness programming resource, Living Well.
Your medical care is provided by a staff of board certified physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and dietitians that provide personalized and timely care.
CAPS offers short-term individual counseling, urgent needs counseling, group counseling, psychiatry, referrals, and consultation services.
You will find a variety of wellness programs at Living Well. Come by during Therapy Dog office hours, practice mindfulness meditation with us, come for yoga, a free massage or any of the weekly programs we offer. Look for special events and our weekly drop in programs on our schedule.
