Yamelsa Callwood (she/her) is a Patient Services Representative/ Front Desk at CAPS- Jacob's House. Yamelsa received her advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from Republic Polytechnic in Singapore in 2017. Her experience in hospitality spanning over 10 years comes from working in some of Singapore's 5-star hotels such as the Marina Bay Sands and through internships. With this background she is culturally well-rounded, able to welcome students to CAPS with inclusivity and personalized interactions with people from every background, making sure that every student is warmly attended to. On her own time, Yamelsa enjoys decorating her home, collecting stickers and figurines, watching horror movies, cooking Asian cuisine and spending time unwinding with her canine, Taffy.
