Vicki Diederich (she/her) is a full-time clinician at CAPS, based on Redstone Campus. Vicki earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael's College in 2022 and is currently pursuing LCMHC licensure. Vicki embraces an eclectic approach to therapy, blending psychodynamic and humanistic influences with a particular emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. She has experience volunteering with Americorps NCCC, working as a behavioral interventionist at a Vermont high school, interning at the Middlebury College Counseling Center, and working in private practice. Vicki strives to honor the complexity of each human's unique experiences and identities, to meet and honor individuals where they are. She believes the therapeutic relationship can be the foundation for deep healing and strives to provide a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive environment. She is a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner and enjoys integrating mindfulness and somatic practices into her work.
