BIO
Michael is the Health Information System Supervisor at CHWB, with an office on the fourth floor of UHC. He earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin and Web Production Certificate from Champlain College. As the owner of Partisan Pixel, he designed and developed websites and applications for a broad range of Vermont clients. Michael eventually joined the Vermont Department of Health as a product owner, working on infectious disease tracking, vital records, and data warehousing before joining the CHWB in 2026. He is a technology generalist and project manager with an interest in data modernization, user experience design, and digital process improvement. Like many Vermonters, Michael likes to stay active. You can often find him in the garden, exercising, playing drums in a local samba band, or testing his partner's patience by repeatedly stumbling through Blackbird and Landslide on acoustic guitar. They have two grown daughters and an empty nest in Burlington's South End.
