BIO

Max works to help get students food, clothes, and other necessities, and helps sign people up for SNAP benefits. He is involved in assisting the functions of Rally Cat's Cupboard and Rest Stop. 

He is passionate about food security, psychology, and entomology, and was awarded the Dewey Award for Independent Research in May 2025. Max's research interests include neurodiversity, systems theory, and clinical psychology.

Max enjoys amateur fossil hunting and hobby entomology. You can often find him walking (or scootering) around UVM's campus with a bug net in search of rare butterflies. Feel free to say hello, he loves answering any questions about Rally Cat's Cupboard or the basic needs support program!
