Maddy Kuras (she/her) is a full-time registered dietitian serving both the general student population and the athletic department. Maddy received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Sciences from UVM in 2019. She then completed her dietetic internship through the University of Minnesota with a focus on eating disorders (The Emily Program track).
Maddy’s clinical work is strong in general healthy eating, performance nutrition, and working with those who have eating disorders. Maddy’s approach is supportive and compassionate. She has experience working at all levels of eating disorder treatment ranging from residential, to PHP, to IOP and outpatient. She also has outpatient experience with the athlete population.
When Maddy isn’t in the office, you’ll find her watching football, running, or on a hunt to find the best maple latte in Vermont.
