BIO
Kush Sharma (he/him) serves as the Assistant to the Director of Student Health Services at the Center for Health and Wellbeing. In this role, he provides administrative and operational support, helping manage scheduling, coordinate projects, and streamline processes to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. He is also supporting the launch and execution of CHWB’s upcoming Student Advisory Board, designed to strengthen student voices in shaping health and wellbeing initiatives on campus.
Before joining UVM, Kush worked as the Development Manager at a non-profit arts center, where he led donor relations, grant initiatives, and corporate partnerships. He has also taught and directed extensively in theater, working with youth programs, summer camps, and theater productions across Vermont and Maine.
Kush earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, with a minor in Education, from Bates College, where he was deeply involved in student government and passionate about fostering student leadership in higher education. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Kush experimenting with new recipes, playing soccer, checking out Vermont’s best swimming holes, doing community theater, or perfecting his pickleball game.
