  • Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources – Sunday, May 19

College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Celebration
Body

PATRICK GYM – SUNDAY, MAY 19

Tickets are required for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Celebration. Degree candidates will be able to reserve up to 6 tickets.

Students (degree candidates) in regalia participating in the College Agriculture and Life Sciences Celebration do not need a ticket. 

Tickets will be available online to degree candidates only. Guests seeking tickets must connect with their degree candidate. 

College of Agriculture and Life Sciences degree candidates will receive an email from Academic_Ceremonies@uvm.edu to their UVM email account on Wednesday, April 24 by 11:00 am with a link to the University of Vermont commencement tickets web page [https://go.uvm.edu/commencementtickets]. 

To login, degree candidates will click on Log In/Register, then Student/Faculty/Staff, then login with their UVM net ID and UVM password. 

Once logged-in, degree candidates will be able to reserve their tickets and print them out at any time and/or send them to their family and friends.  Note: the ticket site will not close, however, we highly recommend that degree candidates reserve their tickets before Friday, May 17. 

If degree candidates do not receive an email to their UVM email account by 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, April 24, from Academic_Ceremonies@uvm.edu (make sure to check your junk email folder), please email calsstudentservices@uvm.edu for assistance.

Tickets are required for the College of Education and Social Services Celebration. Degree candidates will be able to reserve up to 6 tickets.

Students (degree candidates) in regalia participating in the College of Education and Social Services Celebration do not need a ticket. 

Tickets will be available online to degree candidates only. Guests seeking tickets must connect with their degree candidate.

Students (degree candidates) in regalia participating in the Grossman School of Business Celebration do not need a ticket. 

Tickets will be available online to degree candidates only. Guests seeking tickets must connect with their degree candidate.

Larner College of Medicine Ceremony

IRA ALLEN CHAPEL – SUNDAY, MAY 19

Tickets are required for the Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine Ceremony. Degree candidates will be able to reserve up to 6 tickets.

Students (degree candidates) in regalia participating in the Larner College of Medicine Ceremony do not need a ticket. 

Tickets will be available online to degree candidates only. Guests seeking tickets must connect with their degree candidate. 

Larner College of Medicine degree candidates will receive an email from Academic_Ceremonies@uvm.edu to their UVM email account (NOT their MED.UVM.EDU) on Wednesday, April 24 by 11:00 am with a link to the University of Vermont commencement tickets web page [https://go.uvm.edu/commencementtickets]. 

To login, degree candidates will click on Log In/Register, then Student/Faculty/Staff, then login with their UVM net ID and UVM password. 

Once logged-in, degree candidates will be able to reserve their tickets and print them out at any time and/or send them to their family and friends until Wednesday, May 8 at 12:00 p.m. Degree candidates may request up to 2 additional tickets via the waitlist function on the commencement ticketing site. Students who requested extra tickets will be notified via email if their tickets are ready to be claimed. Wait list tickets must be claimed by May 14. Unclaimed tickets will be released to others on the waitlist after May 14.

Additional Details (applies to all ticketed ceremonies):

  • Degree candidates and faculty do not need a ticket to participate in any ticketed commencement ceremony
  • Only degree candidates will be able to reserve tickets. Guests must receive their tickets from their degree candidate.
  • If you are unsure of which college or school your graduate is affiliated with, visit the university catalogue to search an alphabetical list of majors.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are event specific. Students eligible for more than one celebration (for example: College of Education and Social Services and College Agriculture and Life Sciences) will need to reserve tickets for EACH of the celebrations if they have guests planning to attend both ceremonies.
  • Tickets cannot be duplicated. Guests will be required to have their tickets on them at all times (as a paper copy or on their smart phone/device) and will need them for exit and entry from event venues where tickets are required.
  • Guests with accessibility requests and attending a ticketed ceremony or celebration will still need to receive a ticket from their degree candidate. To request ADA accommodations and/or accessible parking, please submit an online ADA Accommodations & Accessibility Parking Request Form [https://www.uvm.edu/commencement/ada-accommodations-and-accessible-parking].
  • All ceremonies and celebrations will be live streamed and a link to these broadcasts will be available on the commencement homepage on May 6. 
  • All tickets are free.
