Commencement

ADA Accommodations and Accessible Parking

All celebrations and ceremonies at the University of Vermont's 225th Commencement are physically accessible and include use of CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) at all venues. Additional accommodations, including ASL interpretation, are available upon request by completing the following survey.

We are able to ensure seating accessibility for all of our guests because of our ticketing and seating practices. There is no need to reserve specific accessible seating for any guests. Speak to an usher when you arrive to the venue for assistance in getting to your seat(s).

Guests seeking tickets to any ticketed ceremonies must connect directly with their degree candidate; only degree candidates are able to reserve tickets.

Completing this form is not a substitute for acquiring a ticket from your degree candidate.

To support planning for accessible ceremonies, disability accommodation requests must be submitted through the accessibility request form no later than 4:30 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, May 14, 2026. After this deadline the form will close and we may not be able to guarantee additional requests.
