Doctor of Physical Therapy Program Director Barbara Tschoepe has been named a 2019 Catherine Worthingham Fellow, the highest membership distinction of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Tschoepe has worked in the field of physical therapy for 42 years and is recognized as a national leader in physical therapist education. Her area of expertise is movement science and she is active in a clinical private practice treating individuals who are experiencing musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. She joined the College of Nursing and Health Sciences faculty in 2015.
Tshcoepe will be honored at the APTA Conference and Exposition in Chicago on June 13.
