BIO

My research has focused on neocortical contributions to learning and memory in rodent models through an associative learning lens. I use various techniques (e.g., viral manipulations) to alter neural activity in various cortical regions such as the retrosplenial cortex to better understand its role in different phases of memory processing (encoding, consolidation, retrieval).
