Program Overview
SGIS minors take one core introductory-level course, Introduction to GSWS, and one core intermediate-level course, LGBT Politics and History. Students then complete the rest of their minor requirements by taking 12 additional credits of approved courses. Three of these credits must be fulfilled through a senior-level course (GSWS 4050 or another approved course at the 3000-level or above) and at least six must be 2000-level or higher.
