Debb is the ARS Business Manager and is responsible for the financial management and coordination of ARS funding. Prior to joining our team, Debb was the Program Coordinator for the Vermont Space Grant Consortium (VTSGC) and Vermont NASA EPSCoR from 2013-2022.  Debb has a wealth of experience in grant financial management, preparation of annual reports, management of Vermont affiliates, and coordination of STEM research and student-support programs. The VTSGC/VT NASA EPSCoR office is located in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences at UVM, which enabled Debb to work closely with multiple offices across the campus, including the Office of the Vice President for Research, Student Financial Services, and Sponsored Project Administration. Debb helped to dramatically expand the national Space Grant Program at UVM, including the securing of several large grants and cutting-edge opportunities within the program. Debb holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Champlain College.
