Funding Letter Template
The Graduate College expects that each student receive a detailed award letter with each new period appointment. The information that should be included is:
- starting date
- ending date
- stipend amount
- effort expectation
- tuition scholarship (if applicable)
The Graduate College has created a generic Funding Letter Template as a tool for department administrators to use in writing their offer letters. If you would like to receive a template, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and make that request. Someone from the Graduate College will contact you and send you a Word template document and instructions for your use.
