There is a plethora of research about Latino migrant farm workers throughout the United States. This is a compilation of research articles and links to research articles mainly focusing on Latino migrant farm workers on the dairy farm. Here in Vermont, the Farming Across Cultures Communication Project completed a research project entitled "Training, Information Transfer, Safety, Health, and Housing on Vermont Dairy Farms with Spanish Speaking Employees." This research was completed through interviews with 26 dairy producers and/or managers and 56 of their Latino employees.
