Ana Vang

Ana currently works at the Metropolitan Council in the Twin Cities as a community relations specialist, providing policy and communications support to Council Members. Before that she worked on sustainability, nature access, and equity issues in Mayor Coleman’s Office in Saint Paul. She has also worked at the Minnesota Department of Resources and Minnesota Conservation Corps. Ana holds a Bachelor’s in Geology from Carleton College as well as a Master’s in Geology from the University of Vermont. In her free time she serves on the Birchwood Parks and Natural Resources Committee, is on the board of directors of Conservation Minnesota, volunteers with the Ann Bancroft Foundation, and tries to spend as much time outside as possible.
