• Go to “Metadata” tab – you must add an author name and email. Currently only name shows up. It could be “University Communications” or a person’s name. This is also where you add your news group under “Associate story with these groups.” Select group from drow-down, click “Add group.” Groups of interest to UComm to which you’ve been added:

University Communications - ucommall (populates UVM Today home/all news page). Every story should have this category.

• UVM Homepage (Step 1 for adding to the “More News” list on homepage. Step 2 is editor adds via Drupal)

·      Go to “Text” tab – Add headline, subhead, body text. Use WYSIWYG to add links within your body  or headings “h2” to break up the flow of copy. Also in this tab you can add a featured quote that will pull out in the story sidebar. “Synopsis” field is not necessary and is pulled automatically.

·      “Related Links” tab allows you to add sidebar links to other information within your story.
