The University of Vermont Magazine promotes the achievement, aspiration, heritage, and spirit of the University of Vermont community with a publication that is relevant, editorially and visually compelling, and highly readable. Content is driven by the simple truth that for a message to be effective, it first must be read. For UVM Magazine, this means selecting stories that both reflect the university’s priority messages and appeal to a broad audience of readers, then drawing those readers in with the elements of a professional quality magazine—excellent writing, design, and photography. 

Schedule

The print version is mailed to all alumni, parents of current students, and friends of the university two times a year – May 1 and November 1 – and the on-line version is updated on the same schedule.
