Jason D. Maulucci

Appointed to the Board by Governor Phil Scott in 2025. Term expires March 2031. Born in Manchester, Connecticut. Attended the University of Vermont, class of 2017, where he majored in political science and minored in economics. Jason currently serves as Director of Policy Development and Legislative Affairs for Governor Phil Scott. At UVM, he served two terms as the Student Government Association president and was a member of the Boulder Society. He began working on then Lieutenant Governor Phil Scott's first gubernatorial campaign in 2016 at the end of his junior year and the first semester of his senior year. Following the election, Jason began working in the Governor's Office in January of 2017, where he oversaw the Governor's appointments to hundreds of state boards and commissions. In 2020, he ran the Governor's re-election campaign and returned to State service in December 2020 as the Governor’s Press Secretary and a Senior Policy Advisor. He again served as Governor Scott’s Campaign Manager for the 2024 election.
