Committee assignments are appointed by the Chair of the Board and approved annually at a special meeting in March. Committees have non-voting faculty, student, staff, foundation and alumni representatives who are selected by their constituent groups.
Agendas are posted on individual committee and work group web pages prior to each meeting. Subcommittee and Advisory Group minutes are posted once approved following the next meeting.
Action items endorsed by committees and referred for board action are posted on the resolutions page upon approval.
