Prior to his appointment at UVM, Chris was CHRO at OTC Industrial Technology, a $1 billion engineered equipment distribution and service company headquartered in Ohio. At OTC, Chris successfully designed and implemented a people-focused strategy inclusive of talent and leadership development, improved total rewards, and helped transform the company’s culture to focus on increased customer and shareholder value.
Chris’s commitment to building and supporting engaged workforce teams is evident throughout his HR leadership career including roles at various diversified international manufacturing and distribution firms. Chris spent five years in Vermont earlier in his career as the HR manager at Belden Wire & Cable. He earned B.S. from Manchester College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
