Dear UVM community,

Like most other aspects of our lives, the passage of time seems to have been warped by the COVID-19 pandemic. There are periods that have seemed interminable, while others have slipped by all too quickly—especially those spent with relatives and friends no longer with us.

As we mark this one-year anniversary of our nation’s “lockdown” and the challenges we have all faced, I ask that you also remember the strength and resilience we have built together.
