Recycling In Burlington

Burlington does not have a municipal trash pickup system. Contact your property owner or a private trash hauler to make arrangements to have your trash picked up from your house, apartment or curb. You also have the option of self-hauling your trash and recyclables to the CSWD Drop Off center located on Pine Street. Learn more about CSWD Drop-Off Centers. (Dumping household trash into any University-owned dumpster on campus is considered "unauthorized dumping" and theft of services. Violators will be investigated and potentially fined.)
