Body
The Vermont Center for Children, Youth, & Families offers comprehensive autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessment for individuals who are referred prior to their eighth birthday.
We provide interdisciplinary assessments to identify each child's strengths and challenges, offering ASD diagnosis and personalized recommendations for prevention, health, and intervention.
We evaluate multiple functioning domains—Theory of Mind, Cognitive, Adaptive, Communication, Social, and Emotional-Behavioral—using information from various sources. Our team collaborates with the current provider and reviews each referral during intake to ensure accurate triage.
