At the Vermont Center for Children, Youth and Families (VCCYF), we use a Family Based Approach—focused on health promotion, prevention, and targeted intervention—to keep children healthy, prevent at-risk kids from developing psychiatric disorders, and support families facing emotional or behavioral challenges.

Research
Our research enhances child health and wellbeing, focusing on dysregulation, irritability, and resilience in youth. We partner with the Research Center for Children, Youth, and Families (RCCYF), the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program (VCHIP), and the Clinical Neuroscience Research Unit (CNRU).
