Nimrat Chatterjee, PhD, and her lab hosted 35 8th graders from Mater Christi School in Burlington for Middle School Science Discovery Day. Students heard from UVMCC members about their unique career paths. Then, Dr. Chatterjee and her trainees opened the doors of their lab to show students how all the cool equipment works. Much gratitude to Mater Christi students, educators and chaperones for coming to visit, and to the Chatterjee Lab for taking time to inspire the next generation of scientists!
