Program Overview

SOPHAS is a common application system for prospective graduate public health students. For external candidates, we invite you to apply through the SOPHAS system. The Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program prepares our students for the future of public health, no matter what health challenges we face. In this innovative program, you will sharpen your skills in advocacy and communication and learn to bring science to the public. You will develop skills in change management, community engagement, budgets and finance, research methods, and strategic thinking. You will expand your knowledge of health policy, politics, and critical thinking, to create changes in real-world settings. Pre-requisites: 

                           A Master of Public Health (MPH) from a CEPH accredited program or equivalent master’s degree from a CEPH Accredited School is required for entry to the DrPH program.
