Dr. Nathalie Feldman is a retired OBGYN who has served many roles at LCOM including PCR Mentor, Interim Associate Dean of Students, Interim Associate Dean of Admissions, Associate Program Director for the OBGYN residency and most recently as the inaugural Director of the Learning Environment. Her interests focus on the impact of the learning and work environment on medical professionalism, professional identity formation, wellbeing and patient care.
Dr. Feldman currently serves as a Learning Environment and Professionalism Consultant in the Office of the Learning Environment.
