For 15 Years, Bridges to Health has Found and Filled the Gaps in Care for Vermont's Agricultural Industry.

The nationally-recognized UVM Extension program will become part of Vermont Free and Referral Clinics on July 1, and is fundraising to continue operations with the staffing level – and service to clients – that’s needed.
