BIO
Dr. Twichell is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Larner College of Medicine and clinically works as a pediatric nephrologist and UVM Medical Center, caring for children in Vermont and New York with kidney disease. She is also an educator in the College of Medicine, teaching second year medical students and working with medical students during their clinical rotations as well as with pediatric residents. Her research interests include pediatric hypertension, kidney outcomes in children with a history of prematurity, and pediatric chronic kidney disease. She is part of a national research network looking at outcomes of children with kidney disease.
