Molly Rideout is Professor and Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Pediatrics. She supports pediatric medical education at all levels, from undergraduate medical education and graduate medical education to faculty development and promotion. Her academic work has focused on transitions, including transition to residency and transition to faculty practice. She has held leadership positions in the Council on Medical Student Education in Pediatrics and the Association of Pediatric Program Directors. She has also served on committees with the National Board of Medical Examiners for many years. At the Larner College of Medicine, she serves as Faculty Director of the Schweitzer Fellowship Program for medical students.
