Make sure you have the right equipment
UVM has an institutional license for iClicker. Please check with your instructor to find out if you will need to purchase a clicker device from the UVM Bookstore (or borrow one from the Media Services desk at the Howe Library – first come, first served). Update your iClicker Student App
For full functionality, please keep your iClicker Student App up-to-date. This is the first troubleshooting step to take.
Setting up iClicker
- Create or log in to your Student Account. You will be directed to log in through the UVM Webauth portal during this process. If you created an account prior to August 2021, you may need to follow the steps in that article to link your accounts.
