New Leader Assimilation

This structured onboarding program accelerates integration for new leaders and their teams.

Eligibility: 

Applies to leaders in the Leadership Career Track and select management levels. Ideally scheduled within 45–60 days of the leader’s start date. HR Partners will reach out to new hires to pursue this opportunity. For current leaders interested in a similar workshop, please reach out to develop@uvm.edu.

Executive Coaching and Mediation

We partner with experienced coaches and consultants to provide personalized leadership development, productivity strategies, and conflict resolution.

HERS Institute

Body

The HERS Leadership Institute is an inclusive intensive professional program, so though the focus remains on women and gender diverse leaders, the program is open to all. UVM proudly supports the institute and fully funds the tuition and other expenses for two UVM employees to attend every year.
