What Is Happening?

Steam and condensate piping work in the Terrill Building.

What to Expect:

Cooper Mechanical will be working in the Terrill Building steam tunnel. Fans will be used to remove welding smoke and odors from the work area. Expect localized construction noise and smells during this work. The contractor will manage the noise and odors to the greatest extent possible. See access areas below and fan locations below. Locations are subject to change based on project conditions.
